Mr. Kettinger has over twenty years of general and financial management experience of capital goods, food and other manufacturing companies. His experience includes 14 years of designing and implementing successful turnarounds.
Senior operating positions held by Mr. Kettinger include:
- Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a public $220 million industry leader in commercial and industrial boilers.
- Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for a $475 million producer of fresh and processed meat products.
- Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a $45 million injection molder.
- Vice President—Strategic Planning and Chief Financial Officer for a $1.4 billion, Fortune 500, manufacturer of construction, industrial and mining equipment.
- Manager—Audit for a Big 4 public accounting firm. 8 years of progressive responsibility serving public and private clients in manufacturing, service, distribution and insurance.
Mr. Kettinger has extensive background in strategic planning, value creation, capital generation, acquisitions and organic growth in both public and private companies. In addition, his day-to-day responsibilities have included management of functions such as planning, accounting, legal, treasury, information systems, credit, risk management, investor relations, human resources and purchasing.
Mr. Kettinger has a B.S. degree in Business and Administrative Science with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a director of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and a member and former director of Financial Executives International (FEI). He is also a director for various private companies.
